Clear terms before
a project begins.
This page explains Dianye’s operating identity, service boundaries and handling principles. Project-specific rights and obligations are governed by the quotation, contract and supplementary documents accepted by both parties.
Who provides the service
Dianye is a website-services brand. The contracting party for each project is the person or legal entity named in the accepted quotation, contract or payment document. This public page does not disclose identity numbers, bank account details or other sensitive records.
Scope, pricing and contract priority
Public prices are starting points, not automatic final offers. Pages, functions, deliverables, exclusions, revisions, timeline and third-party fees are confirmed in writing. If website copy differs from an accepted quotation or contract, the later signed project document prevails.
Privacy and project materials
We collect only the information reasonably needed to review enquiries, prepare quotations, deliver projects, support customers and meet record-keeping obligations. Access to customer files is restricted. Sensitive records are protected separately. We do not sell customer information.
Intellectual property
Customers must have the right to use the text, logos, images and other materials they provide. Ownership and licence terms for project-specific deliverables are stated in the contract. Open-source software remains subject to its own licence; Dianye retains rights in reusable tools, methods and non-customer-specific components.
Payments, refunds and third-party costs
Deposits, milestones, final payment, refunds and suspension rights depend on the accepted project documents and actual work completed. Domain, hosting, API, stock-media and other third-party charges may be non-refundable once purchased. No blanket statement on this page replaces an individual review.
Delivery, bugs and maintenance
Bugs caused by the delivered implementation are handled within the agreed warranty or maintenance scope. New requirements, redesigns, customer-made code changes, expired services and third-party policy changes are not automatically treated as free bug fixes.
Cross-border projects and disputes
Dianye serves Chinese-speaking businesses in multiple countries and regions. Applicable law, jurisdiction and dispute-resolution terms must be confirmed for each contract. This page provides business information and does not constitute legal, tax or accounting advice.

Versioned policies approved in the admin system.
Each published policy keeps its version and effective date. Project contracts remain separate, project-specific documents.
No general policy has been publicly released yet. Current project terms are provided in the quotation and contract for manual review before acceptance.
