COMMON QUESTIONS
What you should
know first.
Do you work with businesses in both Singapore and Malaysia?+
Yes. Dianye primarily serves small businesses, studios and SMEs in Singapore and Malaysia. Project communication can be in Chinese or English.
Is SGD 50 the final price?+
No. It is the starting point for a simple, limited single-page scope. The final total is confirmed after pages, content, languages, functions and delivery needs are reviewed.
Can you build a bilingual Chinese-English website?+
Yes. Bilingual structure and interface can be included. Professional legal, medical, financial or other specialist translation is not included unless separately arranged.
What materials do I need?+
Accurate business details, contact information, services, existing brand assets and original images. We can organise rough notes into web-ready content.
Who should own the domain and hosting?+
We normally recommend that the client buys and owns them under the client’s account. Dianye can assist with configuration and launch.
Can I update the website myself?+
A website content editor (CMS) can be included when the project needs it. It is quoted as part of the website, not sold as a standalone ERP or CRM system.
What happens after launch?+
The written quotation states the warranty and maintenance scope. New pages, content, functions and third-party changes are quoted separately.
Do you guarantee traffic or sales?+
No. We improve clarity, mobile usability and enquiry paths, but traffic, ranking, enquiries and sales depend on many factors outside the website build.
