1. Current use
The site currently uses only cookies needed for security, abuse prevention, authentication and the customer portal. It does not use advertising or remarketing cookies, so it does not show a misleading consent banner for tools that are not present.
2. Necessary-cookie list
- __cf_bm (Cloudflare): mitigates malicious or automated traffic and is generally short-lived under Cloudflare’s security rules.
- dianye_portal_session (Dianye): customer-portal authentication; HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax, lasting up to about 12 hours and cleared on logout.
- Administrative identity and security cookies (OpenAI Sites / hosting identity service): provide admin sign-in, security checks and session continuity; names and durations may change with the provider.
3. Browser controls
You may delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent customer-portal or admin login, although public informational pages should generally remain available.
4. Future analytics or marketing tools
If non-essential analytics or marketing cookies are introduced, this policy and the actual cookie list will be updated first. Accept, reject and manage controls will be offered before those tools load, and refusal will not block core site functions.
