1. Customer materials
Customers must have the right to provide and use logos, marks, copy, images, video, audio, fonts, product information and files. Dianye may reject clearly illegal, infringing, deceptive or malicious content, pause disputed material and request proof of permission. The customer handles claims caused by the customer-supplied material itself.
2. Deliverables
After full payment, the customer receives the contractually agreed rights to project-specific source and finished deliverables. Transfer, licence, attribution, deployment and source scope remain defined by the quotation or contract. Full production source and final control may be withheld until the balance is paid.
3. Reusable Dianye assets
Pre-existing or independently developed components, templates, internal tools, reusable code, administration foundations, automations, methods and design systems remain with Dianye or their relevant owner. Customer rights do not include selling these reusable assets as standalone products.
4. Third-party and open-source material
Plugins, open-source code, fonts, images, APIs and other third-party material remain subject to their own licences, subscriptions and platform rules and are not exclusive assets Dianye can wholly transfer.
5. Portfolio and confidentiality
Customer names, logos, screenshots, data and unreleased sites are published only with customer consent. Demonstration work is labelled “Demonstration case · not a real client project” and is not presented as a client result. Confidentiality can be set in the project contract.
6. Rights complaints
Send evidence of rights, the relevant URL or content and contact details to info@dianyeweb.cyou. Dianye will reasonably assess and may restrict, replace or remove the material; abusive or false notices may be rejected.
