2. Contracting party
Each project identifies the provider in its accepted quotation, contract, payment document or other written record, normally as “Liu Chonghao, operating under the Dianye brand”. A future lawful entity will be expressly identified rather than substituted silently.
3. Payments and records
Payment uses only methods actually available and mutually agreed in writing. The site does not list or promise unconnected channels. Dianye may provide an ordinary payment confirmation or receipt but does not promise a registered-company tax invoice while no such registered entity or qualification exists.
4. Service regions
Dianye serves Chinese-speaking customers worldwide, including mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia and other regions. Availability depends on networks, providers, hosting, payments and local requirements; filing, approval, certification and permanent regional access are not guaranteed.
